Pros
IAS has some great benefits in place and have recently introduced a much welcomed Tech-Stipend for FT employees to claim back internet and phone expenses monthly. This is not the only stipend that the company has given to employees. Last year, employees received a one-off wellness stipend/bonus too, ontop of annual bonus, which I thought was very generous. In addition to this, since going public, all employees receive shares in the business which vest over a minimum of 4 years. The Senior Leadership team are open to feedback, they are honest and transparent (as much as they can be) about the business. With our annual employee survey, the business is able to identify and address areas of growth and opportunity to ensure employees get the most out of working at IAS. In addition to some of the great financial benefits, IAS offers flexible working, office snacks, summer Fridays, Fitbits, global EAP, and swag! We also have our "value awards" every quarter where employees vote their peers for excelling against our company values and they win a monetary prize. Some other great things that I love about the company: - We have clear goals as a business set for the year that are reviewed and reported on regularly - We constantly innovate, grow and pivot with products, solutions and services. Our product and engineering teams are first class and work really hard to listen to client needs and release cool, smart products in market. - We have great opportunity for growth and education and bespoke programs for managers, emerging leaders and leaders. - Our marketing team are amazing and do an incredible job of events, creating standardized sales materials, training and supporting client initiatives. If you want to be a part of a company that is continuing to grow, is a market leader in media quality, is innovative, looks after its staff, has flexible working arrangements and is honest and transparent, IAS is for you! I've been at the business for many many years now and have seen much growth and change, and can honestly say we are an amazing company to work for!
Cons
The one area where I feel we could improve more is increasing staff in certain departments. We are innovative and have amazing ideas but sometimes it's hard trying to execute on those ideas sometimes without the staff in place. Based in EMEA, I often have lots of afternoon calls with the US - but that could be specific to my role.
