      Pros

      Provides opportunities to move up if you work hard, but stay on top of outside department networking! I appreciate the companies work culture. You really feel as if you are a part of a solid team if you want to be.

      Cons

      Becoming more and more "corporate" with the Danaher takeover. Changes to processes are sometimes done quickly to please the customer even though they don't make sense or isn't grounded in logic.

      I get along with most of my colleagues on the associate level.

      Cons

      Site managment is horrible. Inexperienced, lacking empathy and direction, no accountability, can't keep teams. High turnover. Low pay. No growth.
