      IDT is always changing and moving. The fast paced environment can be fun and challenging. Co workers still have a sense of community and can make the day to day very enjoyable. Great benifits and PTO schedule.

      I get along with most of my colleagues on the associate level.

      Cons

      Site managment is horrible. Inexperienced, lacking empathy and direction, no accountability, can't keep teams. High turnover. Low pay. No growth.
