      The benefits could be better, safety is not always taken as a priority, not a lot of chances for growth, and wages are not as competitive as they want you to think they are.

      Excellent stepping stone into a career in the Biomedical Industry. Met a lot of great people through working here.

      Cons

      No lateral growth available in any sector. Once you get in you will not see a difference in benefits or pay unless you commit 10+ years to the company, partially blamed on size of facility and lack of investment in employees. Compensation is not competitive to industry standards.
