Pros

Small company, decisions are made locally, most of the time.

Cons

None of the functions of a corporation are actually done at corporate. Those departments set the standard and the work is done locally, even when there is nobody to do it.

Pros

"The company has a clear focus on operational excellence through their 'CIPS' (Continuous Improvement Process) system, which provides a structured environment for financial and operational management. There is significant emphasis on being a true business partner to operations, which offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to various revenue streams, including repair, field services, and distribution.

Cons

The fast-paced, multi-site accounting structure can be demanding, as it requires balancing complex close cycles, weekly forecasting, and regional financial management responsibilities simultaneously. The rigorous expectations regarding daily margin reviews and rapid month-end closes, particularly for core shops, can lead to a very high-pressure working environment.
