Pros

1. I really enjoy the servant-leader approach that the majority of management encourages. I have always enjoyed field service because of the autonomy that I have within this department. IPS has always encouraged me to succeed by allowing me to do my job with little to no micro-managing. That's a huge plus for me. IPS believes in hiring good people and letting them do their jobs. 2. Career advancement/Opportunity for Promotions 3. Rapidly growing company that has great job security for those that work hard and are dedicated

Cons

1. Need more funding for service tooling/equipment. 2. IPS offers great healthcare benefits, but they are very expensive.

Fast growing company, abundant opportunity for upward mobility, capable and intelligent senior leaders and c-suite executives that have integrity, opportunity to learn from some really smart colleagues.

Cons

As with most companies, communication is a challenge. Due to the company's growth, change is inevitable and occurs frequently.

Pros

"The company has a clear focus on operational excellence through their 'CIPS' (Continuous Improvement Process) system, which provides a structured environment for financial and operational management. There is significant emphasis on being a true business partner to operations, which offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to various revenue streams, including repair, field services, and distribution.

Cons

The fast-paced, multi-site accounting structure can be demanding, as it requires balancing complex close cycles, weekly forecasting, and regional financial management responsibilities simultaneously. The rigorous expectations regarding daily margin reviews and rapid month-end closes, particularly for core shops, can lead to a very high-pressure working environment.
