Pros

We have frequent happy hours and other social events that allow us to bond in a non-office environment, which helps establish a greater sense of community among employees.

Cons

The management were a bunch of bullies who were making life hard for everyone. They were using hurtful words and actions on purpose to discourage the poor employees. They were often always stressed or angry and they didn't know how to express it that's why they were letting it out on the employees. Making someone else suffer with them.

Pros

"The company has a clear focus on operational excellence through their 'CIPS' (Continuous Improvement Process) system, which provides a structured environment for financial and operational management. There is significant emphasis on being a true business partner to operations, which offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to various revenue streams, including repair, field services, and distribution.

Cons

The fast-paced, multi-site accounting structure can be demanding, as it requires balancing complex close cycles, weekly forecasting, and regional financial management responsibilities simultaneously. The rigorous expectations regarding daily margin reviews and rapid month-end closes, particularly for core shops, can lead to a very high-pressure working environment.
