Pros

Income and health benefits are good. We also do volunteer work as well.

Cons

Director will not allow to progress in the company. That person is very controlling, micromanage everything you do. That person is a crab in a bucket.

Pros

Fast growing company, abundant opportunity for upward mobility, capable and intelligent senior leaders and c-suite executives that have integrity, opportunity to learn from some really smart colleagues.

Cons

As with most companies, communication is a challenge. Due to the company's growth, change is inevitable and occurs frequently.

Pros

"The company has a clear focus on operational excellence through their 'CIPS' (Continuous Improvement Process) system, which provides a structured environment for financial and operational management. There is significant emphasis on being a true business partner to operations, which offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to various revenue streams, including repair, field services, and distribution.

Cons

The fast-paced, multi-site accounting structure can be demanding, as it requires balancing complex close cycles, weekly forecasting, and regional financial management responsibilities simultaneously. The rigorous expectations regarding daily margin reviews and rapid month-end closes, particularly for core shops, can lead to a very high-pressure working environment.
