Pros

flexibility, hours, basic benefits, knowledge progression.

Cons

They are pushing for technicians to be well balanced in every different field of study. That sounds good on paper, but they aren't willing to compensate you fairly for being so diverse. It's not appreciated when you do hit a milestone in your career, they just brush it off and hand you the next thing you need to acquire to be up to their specifications. So far, my experience has been on the fence with this company. Toxicity in the leadership roles and the underappreciated technicians are a big factor of why I'm still on the fence.

Pros

"The company has a clear focus on operational excellence through their 'CIPS' (Continuous Improvement Process) system, which provides a structured environment for financial and operational management. There is significant emphasis on being a true business partner to operations, which offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to various revenue streams, including repair, field services, and distribution.

Cons

The fast-paced, multi-site accounting structure can be demanding, as it requires balancing complex close cycles, weekly forecasting, and regional financial management responsibilities simultaneously. The rigorous expectations regarding daily margin reviews and rapid month-end closes, particularly for core shops, can lead to a very high-pressure working environment.
