Pros

There are some good people to work with. Flexible vacation time**

Cons

The main principles they preach on their website and job opportunities are not practiced. Work-life balance does not exist no matter how much they try to peddle it. Compensation is good if you stay in the role you were hired for, if you're given more responsibilities without an increase it's void. Employer recognition is non-existent unless moving into a more executive role. Equal opportunity hardly exisits. Honestly for ethics/integrity there's no corporate jargon that can cover up the fact that none is really present. Could not see any progression for future career opportunities. There was no time line or explanation of where this starting position could progress. Health benefits are okay, but if more extensive coverage is needed there weren't many options to add onto what plans were provided **Vacation/holiday is flexible, but no separate sick time so if you're sick you have to use PTO.

Pros

Fast growing company, abundant opportunity for upward mobility, capable and intelligent senior leaders and c-suite executives that have integrity, opportunity to learn from some really smart colleagues.

Cons

As with most companies, communication is a challenge. Due to the company's growth, change is inevitable and occurs frequently.

Pros

"The company has a clear focus on operational excellence through their 'CIPS' (Continuous Improvement Process) system, which provides a structured environment for financial and operational management. There is significant emphasis on being a true business partner to operations, which offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to various revenue streams, including repair, field services, and distribution.

Cons

The fast-paced, multi-site accounting structure can be demanding, as it requires balancing complex close cycles, weekly forecasting, and regional financial management responsibilities simultaneously. The rigorous expectations regarding daily margin reviews and rapid month-end closes, particularly for core shops, can lead to a very high-pressure working environment.
