They use and abuse you. Hold over for shifts. Loads of overtime. Mgmt is toxic. Creates hostile work environment. Plays favorites

Integrated has ultimately changed my life. I came into this company still looking for my direction in life. As I begin navigating through this industry I continued to fall more in love with the style of work we produce. There’s nothing like breaking ground on a fresh piece of land and being able to see the outcome once the projects are completed. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity given to me at integrated construction and I won’t ever take it for granted. Thanks for helping me find my passion Ireg.
