Pros
Some departments are really fun, casual atmosphere, Company is performing very well and growing rapidly, excellent coworkers, people are eager to help each other when they have time
Cons
too much delegation without enough real leadership and/or instruction, salary is not commensurate to workload or actual hours worked, work/life balance is "frowned upon" and a perception of 24/7 availability and productivity is encouraged.
