Pros
workers are a great mix of smart people, who want and can do more customers using core product are happy (great brand names) excellent customer support
Cons
no new products released this year or last year mgt resting in invory towers making important decisions totally removed from workers or customers serious underinvestment in marketing/online presence/customer research/user content no strategy or plan for achieving aggressive growth targets high turnover in management recently (might be because of all the above!) treat employees like naughty children
