Excellent management, balance sheet, earnings and leadership. Responsive Product Marketing with strong RandD team. HR delivers leading edge training with education reimbursement program. The finance team is productive with expenses being reimbursed twice monthly.
Cons
Would like to see stronger and consistent commitment to long term incentives to top producers and contributors. Would like to see additional innovation around new products and markets.
