Pros
IR is small enough that you can make a difference but punches above its weight. It has a global presence, offering the potential to move roles and relocate. This company has great potential and there are plenty of smart people within it. Minimal politics and a 'can do' culture makes it a great place to work.
Cons
If you have come for a very large company and expect everything to be done for you, you may be disappointed. .
