Pros

The best thing about this company is 1 hour lunch, maybe if you make enough to even afford lunch.

Cons

- expected to hit a certain amount of numbers while managing 4 different departments. Over worked and under staffed. - management could be more professional, from HR to the regional all the down to the supervisor. The company expects so much from the workers but they never invest back into them, if you “expect growth” start from the bottom up. -work load, the shifts are doing overtime 40 plus hours of over time including the weekends because they are buying more then they are selling. The company’s the inventory has more dead stock then they have current and selling. Management of inventory stock is horrible. - last but not least the pay! I was with the company for over 7 years and every year you’re given a 20 cent rise. So I only made 1 dollar and 40 cent difference since the day I started. I was one of the top workers with the most knowledge and still not appreciated. Went out of my way to even assist other departments when needed. This company will milk the most out of their workers until they quit or die. This is a puppy mill company at its best!

Pros

Entrepreneurial atmosphere. Good ideas can get priority and momentum rather quickly.

Cons

They treat their people as disposable. They initially tendered an offer that I politely refused and wished them luck in their search. They adjusted their offer enough to make relocating worthwhile. A year and a half later, after implementing the big project they initially hired me for, after relocating and settling the family, they insisted on bumping me down to the initial offer - loss of title, loss of bonus compensation and drop in salary - with no warnings given. Take it or leave it - to the offer I initially refused.
