Pros
There are not any pros. Unless you are a white man who plays golf. Otherwise don’t expect much.
Cons
If you’re not a golf-buddy of senior leadership (and preferably a white male), expect to be treated like a doormat. I stay only because jobs in this region are scarce; if you have options, choose any of them over Integritis.
Leadership greed
A recent news piece reported the company spends ≈ $7 per patient per day on food, yet the CEO pulls in ~$1 million plus an $80 k bonus. The contrast is hard to stomach.
Lip-service raises
We were told we’d get a 3 % raise. Payroll’s latest line: “It’ll hit in July—if the money shows up.” Meanwhile, executive bonuses arrive on schedule.
Culture of exclusion
Advancement goes to those who fit the old-boys-club mold—think country-club tee-times, not merit or diversity.
No patient-first mentality
Starving the food budget speaks volumes about how leadership prioritizes margins over care.
Morale in free-fall
Burnout is rampant. Turnover is a revolving door, yet leadership still frames it as a “people problem,” not a management one.
