Culture of exclusion Advancement goes to those who fit the old-boys-club mold—think country-club tee-times, not merit or diversity. No patient-first mentality Starving the food budget speaks volumes about how leadership prioritizes margins over care. Morale in free-fall Burnout is rampant. Turnover is a revolving door, yet leadership still frames it as a “people problem,” not a management one.
