Started my career at IEL as a Sales Intern and based on performance as an intern was then promoted to a Logistics Coordinator. I have been with the company for almost 2 years now and the possibilities for professional growth and financial compensation is truly limitless. Work hard and leverage your peers and you will be extremely successful because the management and support teams are truly invested in every reps success.
Cons
There can be of out of office / weekend work depending on how you set your book of business up. Fast paced job and can be challenging so come prepared to work hard and play hard too.
