Integrity Express Logistics is a third-party logistics company and does experience turnover, especially among the sales team. However, compared to other brokerages, our turnover rate is considerably low. As with most sales careers, a sales role here can be both challenging and fruitful – and is certainly not in line with everyone’s motivational fit.
