      Higher commissions than competitors and fun, laid back atmosphere. Sales goals are attainable. Managers are supportive.

      Cons

      High pressure - need to be efficient and direct on phone. Hard to manage work/life balance.

      Pros

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
