Pros
This company genuinely delivers on their commitments to a positive culture/great morale. I've spoken with many teammates who were hired for one position, and currently work in a completely different one - by their own volition praising the company for identifying their value and the importance of finding the right place for them. Existing staff is constantly working to protect the integrity of the culture by speaking out about brokers who use dishonest and/or manipulative tactics - where else do you find that?
Cons
A company that is expanding in so many different areas/markets will have growing pains. That said, there are a lot of departments which are striving to be better, and simply need time to get their legs under them.
