      Work environment is superb, pay is very nice, and overall a diverse community of good peeps.

      Cons

      The brokers need scheduled naps at times but other than that no complaints.

      Pros

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
