Training is basic not too much support after training youre pretty much on your own. Depending on your clients you could be getting calls at all hours of the night.

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
