      Well thought out onboarding process with classroom training, as well as on the job training. Work with and learn from the company's best employees as part of IEL's onboarding program. The sky is the limit and earnings can be exponential if the time, dedication and persistence is put forth.

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
