      Pros

      Solid Benefits, and the pay can be good if you put the work in. I've really enjoyed working for this company! Management doesn't micromanage but they are available around the clock to help with any questions or concerns

      Pros

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
