Pros

Flexibility and not much more to be honest

Cons

I understand they get lot of money from tax payors and perhaps that is the reason this company is highly political but the way senior leadership treats this place is as a communist style political organization with lot of nepotism and tyrannical rules made to favor those in the higher up positions and their work buddies but keep the ones below working for peanuts while the higher ups keep getting way deep pockets using NJ tax payers money. The CEO, CFO and many of the senior leadership staff are phonies, money hungry individuals who could care less about treatment but are focused more on how to make this "non-profit" run like a greedy corporation where higher ups get compensated incredibly too much with tax dollar amounts. I encourage private citizens to go and do records request at this organization because after all it is not private and they receive state funding from our dollars so it is time these politician style puppets come out to light so people can really see how much they care about serving the community compared to how much money they make, it is just insane. Please keep in mind, this organization is using tyrannical and shaming tactics to get all their staff vaccinated. It appears they are getting incentives to get people vaccinated and those who do end up getting vaccinated are given a $15 Starbucks gift card which is so illegal, unethical and discriminatory. I am actually in the process of consulting with lawyers because there is no labor law in the state of New Jersey mandating people to get vaccinated so what they are doing by singling out staff who are not vaccinated is completely discriminatory and unacceptable. An organization cannot encourage and almost push a person to get an "experimental" vaccine that has not even been fully FDA approved and is under experimental category. This is unacceptable and as a civil rights leader and patriot I will fight for the rights of New Jersey workers. Do yourself a favor and do not work for these clowns! I would encourage people to stop donating money to these "non-profits" too. Think about it, you are donating money so that a greedy CEO gets even richer. Do something better, donate it to poor people directly.

Integrity House Response

I am sorry your experience working for Integrity was not favorable. As direct care staff, we have educated and provided options for our staff to get the COVID-19 vaccine, but we have not mandated the vaccination agency-wide. We do recognize that individuals have different reasons for not being vaccinated. We also benchmark our salaries against industry standards and continue to look at our compensation package; we offer a generous time off policy and benefits and have been supportive throughout the pandemic and tried to incentivize and appreciate our staff whether it be in monetary or recognition efforts.
