Pros
I gain so much experience working with the clients who were trying to get their lives back together. Integrity is a good place to obtain clinical experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and mental health issues.
Cons
There's a lot of unfairness to workers who put their best into the common welfare of the clients. They have lost a lot of good people who would have made an huge impact on the welfare of the clients. There's too much favoritism and that's why people leave Integrity House.
