Pros

Fast growing firm in the cyber security space, exceptional benefits coupled with a challenging work environment. Just wanted to provide a rebuttal to some of the claims from previous posts: 1. The company does offer a 401(k) with a 4% employer match and a profit sharing plan. You must work at the company for 12-months prior to eligibility. The company provides annual enrollment education seminars about the plan and investment options. 2. Three comprehensive benefit plans available including health, dental, vision and life insurance. 50% costs paid by the company. Also includes a $400 wellness allowance at Colorado Athletic Club. 3. The company launched their Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) plan on January 1st, 2013 as promised by management. Well thought out plan that triggers 100% vesting upon any change of control of company, not typically found in other companies. 4. Average raise by my peers the last 3-years has been 10%. 5. As for turn-over, company grew 100% from a revenue and staff perspective from 2010-2012 resulting in some bad management and staff hires. A house cleaning took place in the summer of 2012 (hence the two previous posts who were "expunged") during the process. Company added a CFO, Director of Operations and Director of Consulting Services from Citigroup, Quiznos and an Officer in Marine Corp. There are many college graduates hired and provided $5K annually for training for CISSP, CFE, CISM, CHE and CISA security professions. I personally attained my CISSP which the company funded in 2012. 6. Senior leadership (CEO and CTO) are well seasoned and been through hyper-growth before and managed a very tough summer by taken aggressive action to right the ship. Rather than languish with the wrong people they removed the cancers and improved the quality of staff at every position. My final comment would be that things do not happen over night in business and everything the owners have promised eventually transpires, specifically with the RSU plan. The owners work the longest hours and lead by example and as a team member you need to keep pace to be successful. Success is greatly rewarded at BEW.

Cons

1. Long hours and serious expectation to perform above current abilities at times. 2. Pay is below industry average first year, but if you prove yourself, compensation advancement is quick. 3. The business moves rapidly and change is constant which makes for fast decisions and at times difficult days at the office.

Pros

- Sales centric organization focused on regular change to remove barriers for Enterprise Account Managers - Open lines of communication with leadership, including executive leadership. Leaders from throughout the organization are open to assist with deals, and they are open to constructive feedback related to the sales process. - Unlike my experience working for a large corporate vendor, InteliSecure's size makes it so everyone in the organization is a stakeholder in your success. If you communicate what you need to be successful you will be heard. - Autonomy. You get what you put into your territory. Company expectations for the Enterprise Account Managers are clearly defined. If you have the right amount of output you never have to wonder where you stand with leadership. - Ongoing development and training - Fair quotas - Tenured and industry leading security services practice. InteliSecure retains some of the top info sec engineering talent in the industry. As a salesperson it is a huge differentiation when I go to battle. - Services only top vendors for DLP, SIEM, Gateway Security, Vulnerability Management. There are also a number of security assessments and consulting offerings. If you understand the value proposition for everything you can sell you will walk away from every meeting with a new sales opportunity.

Cons

- InteliSecure is not a household name. It takes concerted effort to get an initial meeting with a prospects. - Marketing maturity. InteliSecure needs a greater sense of urgency around production of relevant materials and publicity. Meaningful sponsorship and rich social media content are lacking. - There are a lot of solutions and services to navigate. Ramp up can be difficult if you've never worked in a services organization or with the products InteliSecure services.
