Pros

The best thing about this place is that they are fairly young and with changes could become an exciting place to work giving the currant security issues happening in the world.

Cons

Upper management is extremely unprofessional and a bad face for the Company. They put on the appearance that employees are important, but in reality they feel everyone is expendable and everything shared will be use against you. They have inexperienced higher management who do not follow currant rules and regulations either because they do not know them or wish to ignore them. Morale is very bad and out of 97 employees in 2015 they have already lost 27.

InteliSecure Response

Rapidly growing companies such as InteliSecure face a variety of challenges. Unfortunately what this means is when someone isn't performing or continually displays a poor attitude, changes have to be made for the greater good of all employees. InteliSecure looks for driven individuals who understand that the grass is greenest where you water it and that the hard work we do will pay off. We are currently at 110 employees and growing every week. I would recommend to anyone reading reviews like this for this company and any other company is to take them with a grain of salt and make your decision based upon the conversations you have with folks within the company itself and not from people who have been terminated for one reason or another.

Burnout sets in eventually due to the nature of the work and being an MSP. The daily work can blur together and you need some variety.

Pros

- Sales centric organization focused on regular change to remove barriers for Enterprise Account Managers - Open lines of communication with leadership, including executive leadership. Leaders from throughout the organization are open to assist with deals, and they are open to constructive feedback related to the sales process. - Unlike my experience working for a large corporate vendor, InteliSecure's size makes it so everyone in the organization is a stakeholder in your success. If you communicate what you need to be successful you will be heard. - Autonomy. You get what you put into your territory. Company expectations for the Enterprise Account Managers are clearly defined. If you have the right amount of output you never have to wonder where you stand with leadership. - Ongoing development and training - Fair quotas - Tenured and industry leading security services practice. InteliSecure retains some of the top info sec engineering talent in the industry. As a salesperson it is a huge differentiation when I go to battle. - Services only top vendors for DLP, SIEM, Gateway Security, Vulnerability Management. There are also a number of security assessments and consulting offerings. If you understand the value proposition for everything you can sell you will walk away from every meeting with a new sales opportunity.

Cons

- InteliSecure is not a household name. It takes concerted effort to get an initial meeting with a prospects. - Marketing maturity. InteliSecure needs a greater sense of urgency around production of relevant materials and publicity. Meaningful sponsorship and rich social media content are lacking. - There are a lot of solutions and services to navigate. Ramp up can be difficult if you've never worked in a services organization or with the products InteliSecure services.
