Pros
I got a good hike upon joining here. Technology stack is quite up to date. They are taking strides in AI product offerings and give training to all employees regarding basics of AI and their new products. Major festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. I also benefitted a lot from their periodic health camps and got two health problems treated.
Cons
No respect of personal time. Meetings are often called after 9 PM and work sometimes carries over to weekends or public holidays. There is no concept of comp-off. You'll only be given an option to work from home and a token amount for extra work on non-working days or night support. There are no onsite opportunities except for very senior people. If you're looking to go onsite, please consider other companies. I was made to work on technologies other than the one I had experience in. I can't say about others, but for me it was very challenging to cope with. I was even criticized for some delays though my managers should have considered that I was working on a new technological platform. Specific to Thane : The gents washroom is too small and often gets overcrowded. The canteen too gets crowded during lunch time. Parking lot is also cramped with two-wheelers which can sometimes result in dents.
