Pros
there is nothing to say about the pros of the company.This company has full of cons only. My big advice to the fresher is please do not start ur carrier here u will waste ur 2 years there is nothing to learn here all are using old technologies.
Cons
1.for fresher they will give very low salary when compared to the other companies and fresher need to sign a bond for 2 years. 2.freshers will get 12k for the first 6 months of their trainee period after confirmation they will give u 16k as a take home which is very low when compared to the market. 3.we need to work minimum of 12 hrs even it can exceed beyond that and even the managers are expecting us to work even on sat and sundays if u say no they will threaten you. 4.Work load for fresher is very high all the senior people will not work they simple tell us to do their work also. 5.even on national holiday also they will call and ask to support the project. 6. Zero percent work life balance once we joined this company we need forget about our personal works 24/7 need to do work for them only. 7.starting package for fresher is 2.75 lakh after completion 1 year they will give only 50k as a increment i.e 3.25 lakh package only.
