Utterly mismanaged company - Software Engineer Intelliswift Employee Review

1) Very bad appraisal cycle, too late, nobody will bother until you don't push them to. 2) Project managers have no technical knowledge and still pushes you to do anything which is illogical and not possible. 3) Office politics within TL, Managers and much higher people. 4) No projects will make you work on anything. 5) When work, will push and doesn't except your deadline, they decide on there own and than make you wait for long due to there mismanaged deadlines. 6) Top management have lot of attitude and ego. Dictatorship company.
