Cons
Management has made it well known that they believe the employees are disposable. They spit out arbitrary numbers for goals, but cannot explain where the numbers came from. They assign unrealistic kpi's, but do not provide adequate tools to succeed (archaic system, no traing, etc). The deliberately move files to prevent RA's from reaching their goal or obtaining incentive. Relevant information is treated as a "need to know" basis and you're asked not to talk to anyone else. This is so they can maintain chaos. There is no structure, and Management has no idea what they're doing.
