I was asked to write a review: Intellivo's lack of support for a hybrid work model is disappointing. Not only that, but some employees actually do get to work hybrid and some do not. As a tech company, Intellivo should understand the perks of a hybrid work model - like more flexibility, access to diverse talent, and cost savings. By embracing remote work options, they could create a more inclusive and employee-friendly work environment that fits the modern workforce. I think Intellivo should let employees work remotely for at least one or two days a week. This could seriously boost morale, productivity, and employee happiness. It's a win-win for everyone! Intellivo, please rethink your approach to remote work and consider a hybrid model that supports work-life balance. Making these changes can create a more positive and flexible work culture that benefits both employees and the company in the long run.
