Pros

Employees have autonomy throughout their day and work at their own pace in completing all tasks and accounts assigned to them. At the end of the day our customers expect prompt responses, but everyone has an understanding that our processes take time and careful attention in order to complete them with accuracy.

Cons

No room for advancement. Sales positions are far and few and are not posted. Interviews are scheduled without notice to other employees of possible openings. This is unfair to tenured employees that are seeking opportunities for advancement. Also Sales positions are mostly made up of men. There is plenty of diversity in this company but not so much with regards to females in senior or higher leadership roles. It is a glaring issue.

Stable job, a friendly environment, and the opportunity to work with a team is great for your well-being. Additionally, good health benefits are a bonus.

Cons

There is limited opportunity for vertical career growth.
