Pros
It can be a good place to work. Free insurance. Not far from town also we are provided with a shuttle bus is available to all employees for car/gas issues. We have a job when just about everyone was laying off or not hiring.
Cons
Insurance is getting worse every year! the Hr dept allows each plant/department management to make or change the rules/policies to their discretion. Of-course they cant break the major rules but they bend them to bully you. We are one...the same company...Why cant we all have the same rules and guidelines together that are given to us for us all to follow. if you train someone to do your job..and you make good money...take care of your job cause that new guy will be your replacement (cost..they want to save money). You must really know your job..be good at what you do.... or be in their clique.
