Management does not value its employees. They like to constantly remind everyone that they are replaceable. Work loads are heavy and expectations of employees are unrealistic. This creates a very stressed and negative environment where no one feels safe. The different departments are constantly working against each other and have no problem throwing their colleagues under the bus to protect their own skin.
