Pros
Steady work, routine and "bland". If you show up, you get paid. Owner is very honest, and actually cares about his employees. But he does not see how things are being implemented on his behalf.
Cons
Unimaginative, and very cheap. Everything run from HQ in New Jersey, and it takes FOREVER to make decisions on personnel matters. Plus, they can only manage "cookie cutter" business matters, and do not understand when some businesses thrive in custom markets. If they had a choice, there would be no Baskin Robbins because vanilla from Dairy Queen is good enough!
