Cons
-Standing on hard concrete all day with little to no mat -Ran four lines for lunch breaks, while already permanently operating the 2 fastest lines as is -Expected to do QC always on time even when running 4 different lines for lunch -Expected to watch your machines at all times even when running more than 1 at a time and even though you have to inevitably step away to find and replenish boxes -Shift before you can always leave you high and dry with no boxes and no materials and leaves there machines early, so you come in already behind even if you show up early -There is no ventilation and there are vents in the warehouse but the warehouse is so huge and they are placed in the middle of the warehouse where conveniently no one works except the higher ups -Pay seems good, but under these conditions and expectations, not well enough -Set schedule and if someone misses, the rest of people on their line covers for them -If you try and call someone about an emergency, don't expect anyone to answer nor care -Don't always expect to be able to get your break -Expect to occasionally have to stay behind an extra hour or two after your 12 hour shift for meetings, even if you have to work the next day as well -12 hour shift and only a thirty minute lunch because not enough people to cover lunches -High turnover because of horrible work conditions
