      I’m happy to have been given the opportunity to be rehired here at Inter-Con Security. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to resign to attend to a family members illness. It’s a good solid company to work for .

      Cons

      Sometimes the chain of Communication breaks down and it gets passed downhill too many times.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
