They're some of the most down-to-earth, approachable, and authentic people I've ever had the opportunity to work with. They lead with humility, genuinely care about their teams, and make you feel like empowered. And they are funny to boot!

Interface has a strong reputation for sustainability, quality products, and a people-first culture. Everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to answer questions. There is a great opportunity to build meaningful customer relationships and work with well-respected products and brands, including nora rubber flooring.

As a new employee, the onboarding experience could be more structured. There was limited formal training, few scheduled introductions to key internal stakeholders, and minimal guidance on territory strategy during my first few months. A more defined onboarding plan would help new hires become productive more quickly and confidenently.
