Pros
Here is a quick list of things I love about this place: 1. Work from home. 2. I get to travel around 5-8 times a year which is great. 3. The people are really nice and fun to work with. 4. There is a lot of opportunity to effect change with such a small company. 5. Some of the products are technologically out-dated, but still pull in a lot of revenue. We are starting to replace them with cutting edge stuff, so it is great to be apart of that. 6. Pay and benefits are on par. 7. The company has a strong focus on charity and charitable giving. I appreciate that.
Cons
You have to be self motivated. Because of the remote nature of our team, if you cannot motivate yourself, you probably will not thrive here.
