Pros
The company is small enough to where you can gain a wealth of experience with exposure to many different moving parts within an organization. The company definitely cares about its employees, and they do what they can to make them feel appreciated. From benefits such as a flexible work schedule and catered lunch at the headquarters to employer-paid insurance benefits, FormFast puts its employees first. The company culture is one where you can share jokes and have casual conversations with upper management and feel welcome to do so. The president and the CEO personally have relationships with each and every employee, and most everyone else knows each other. If not, the awesome annual meeting brings together all the employees to get to know each other and have loads of fun while working through the current and future initiatives.
Cons
The opportunities for growth aren't very plentiful. Workloads can be overwhelming as there is typically one individual managing several different jobs. Work/Life balance will suffer if you're truly dedicated to doing a great job. Another con of working for a small company. Management isn't always willing to take risks or think outside the box, which can have a negative effect on the company's progression in a highly competitive industry.
