I have found Interlace Health to offer a welcoming environment; that is full of smart, passionate individuals, and a very supportive management team. The organization puts the well-being of its employees and customers first, as they have invested in events, such as an Annual All Employee Meeting and a User Group Summit, that encourage collaboration and build relationships that contribute directly to the success of the business. Interlace Health supports work/life balance, has a fun office environment, and provides very generous benefit offerings. The company does a great job of giving back to the community and supporting a number of charitable efforts. Being a smaller company allows for Interlace Health employees to be able to share their ideas freely, and see the results of their hard work in action. It is exciting to see how the organization has evolved to continue to meet the growing needs of the healthcare industry.
Cons
Growing pains and changes common with any innovative, long-standing technology organization (not a bad problem to have); but it has been exciting to be a part of the transformation the past few years!
