Pros

There's a good work-life balance, and because the company is small it's easy to get to know your coworkers. There are a lot of small perks.

Cons

Senior management runs things like a 10,000 employee company where everyone is disposable. Odds of a raise are very small, even if you're aggressive about it. Communication is poor. Company culture is pretty negative.

Pros

Most of the employees are very tenured and knowledgeable. Good benefits.

Cons

We've been trying to modernize our technology for about 10 years and have yet to figure it out. The current technology is 35 years old and about to go the way of the dinosaur. New sales have been minimal for a number of years. "Leadership" brought in a load of fractionals which have proven very little value. Unfortunately, this ship is rapidly taking on water and nobody has a compass.
