Good company, with a few caveats - Anonymous employee Interlace Health Employee Review

Thank you for taking time to share feedback with us. Having a strong and supportive company culture is very important at Interlace Health, and at the heart of our corporate mission and values. As part of an effort to reinforce strong culture and a good working environment, Interlace Health currently covers 90% of the premium cost for employees and their dependents for the majority of our medical plans. In addition to that we offer free vision and dental plans for employees and their dependents, as well as a 4% match towards a retirement savings plan - among many other benefit programs including education reimbursement and charitable matching. We are constantly making changes to better communicate our company goals and strategy. We will continue to increase the level of visibility into these plans and with more frequent updates throughout the year.
