Pros
FormFast has a small company feel while still being a leader in the industry. Your decisions are actually impactful, which is a huge change from previous organizations I've worked for. I've enjoyed the excitement of working at a software company on the bleeding edge of the healthcare tech industry while still having the stability of a mature organization. Pay is very high comparable to other companies and the benefits packages are far and above anything else I've experienced.
Cons
As someone who has worked for other tech companies and know what truly bad management can be like, I admittedly laughed at reading some of the other comments about FormFast, and that was in fact why I felt compelled to write a review of FormFast myself. Turnover at FormFast is extraordinarily low and I believe the management is working hard to build an infrastructure to support growth, which is why they "run it like a 10,000 employee" company- so that we can one day become one! I would in fact say that my only struggle has been the fact that there are not all the big corp processes in place to get certain things done, so sometimes you have to make it up as you go along.
