Interlace Health feels like a family. Coworkers are always willing to help out when needed. Despite the smaller size of the company, it accomplishes big things. They offer a flexible work environment with great benefits.

Cons

To me, the cons are mostly related to size and are far outweighed by the pros.

Pros

Most of the employees are very tenured and knowledgeable. Good benefits.

Cons

We've been trying to modernize our technology for about 10 years and have yet to figure it out. The current technology is 35 years old and about to go the way of the dinosaur. New sales have been minimal for a number of years. "Leadership" brought in a load of fractionals which have proven very little value. Unfortunately, this ship is rapidly taking on water and nobody has a compass.
