I think the culture of the company is a great place to work. Management cares and provides a good work life balance and strive to make the customers and employees happy. If you are good at your job and work hard, raises always come at some point. No one seems to complain about their role in the company or what they are being paid from my conversations. Management doesn't think they are above you, just what can they do to make the company better. Really want the best talent and to hold onto the talent they have. I can't think of anyone that left due to being unhappy, just wanting to pursue other interests.
